Mariano Asseff is a director working at the intersection of cinematic storytelling and visual innovation. With a background in VFX, animation and mixed media, he approaches each project with a deep understanding of craft, using technique not as an end in itself but as a way to expand narrative possibilities.​​​

The Motion Cube is his digital atelier, a flexible and collaborative platform designed to work with agencies, creative studios and production companies. Rather than functioning as a traditional studio, it operates as a director-led space where ideas evolve through experimentation, hybrid workflows and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

His work spans commercial and independent projects, including collaborations with international brands and the fiction feature A Sip of Hell, which premiered at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
